Job Description - Project Buyer


Main objectives as Buyer:

On time delivery of project samples to support OCP projects
Be responsible for buying fixture, testing equipment, software etc for IOCC R&D Laboratory.
Support PPL to send RFQ to components suppliers for OCP projects.
Good receiving & dispatch to manufacturing factories/entities.
Managing payment process for all the sample & indirect procurement shipments.
Support to consolidate monthly/quarterly projects reports.
Additional administrative tasks assigned by manager.


Expected Profiles:

Bachelor and above degree. Prefer major in Engineering or Supply Chain management
0-3 years of working experience in procurement related.
Strong learning ability and ambition. Proactive in collaboration within cross-function team. Proactive in problem solving.
Good English as working language both in wiring and speaking.
Digital skills and project management background could be a plus.
