Job Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for analyzing the product quality issues at the customer's site and formulating sustainable improvement corrective measures. 2. Collect service complaints fed back by the sales organization, formulate action plans and solve problems to prevent recurrence. 3. Based on the quality feedback from customers, formulate improvement plans, make timely and reasonable judgments on production anomalies, participate in the rectification, re-inspection and acceptance of batches with quality issues, and enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. 4. Identify the weak links in the production process, continuously promote the direction of product improvement and provide improvement plans. 5. Other tasks assigned by the leader. Job Requirements: 1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in science and engineering or related fields is preferred. 2. At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in manufacturing enterprises or similar quality positions, with rich professional and technical knowledge in relevant fields. 3. Possess strong abilities in analyzing and solving problems as well as communicating and coordinating. English can be used as a working language. 4. Be able to withstand work pressure, possess strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, and be adaptable to business trips.
