Purpose
As IT Partner you provide professional and high quality service to all business units in site including IT & systems support, trainings, office equipment standards and operations. You lead implementation of digital solutions and contribution in global IT projects.
Assignment
61 To perform and manage planned activities, such as IT installations, upgrades, local rebuilds and maintenance activities according to agreed goals, defined strategies, budget and overall IT investments. Perform preventive maintenance and routine monitoring to ensure continuous uptime of the onsite IT infrastructure.
61 To take necessary decisions and actions to solve issues, as well as priorities issues according to business needs in close co-operation with the global Single Point of Contact (Helpdesk) in an efficient and professional manner issues and know when and how to escalate it in the support chain.
61 To perform all daily tasks according to set procedures, rules and guidelines and ensure that they are aligned within the organization and secure IT communication towards co-workers on site.
61 To provide technical training for onsite support staff and for new hires, including setting up and introducing technical equipment (e.g., laptops). Act as a Digital Workplace ambassador on site.
61 For local IT security in close co-operation with risk management and information security.
61 To take proactive approach towards possible risks and opportunities in the area of IT and act as a subject matter expert in this field. Monitor the development of IT technologies and system trends and evaluate their possible business benefits.
61 To manage relationships with Inter IKEA IT, vendors, contractors, service providers and other stakeholders regarding support, upgrades, bug reporting, change requests, etc. when needed.
61 To continuously work with improvements and actively participate in applicable Workplace Operation Network

61 Motivated to take initiative, provide outstanding IT support, and solve problems seamlessly with IT Delivery.
61 Experience in project management tools and methodology.
61 Fluent in English (written and verbal)
61 Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
