-Lead PR agency, develop and implement the PR programs to drive brand credentials across communication channels to maintain constant brand exposure, and work closely with the PR agency to ensure KPIs are delivered as agreed (clipping, media exposure, possible sponsorship program, product placement, interviews and etc.)
-Coordinate with advertising agency & media agency to implement brand campaigns to increase online & offline awareness, create content and drive word-of-mouth diffusion among the target audience in the focused cities. Analyze results to optimize media-channel mix.
-Build and maintain strong network with key media to keep them excited about GODIVA and negotiate free / best deals to maximize brand exposure
-Where possible seek synergies on global and / or regional level and reflect local consumer relevance
-Be centre of expertise for consumer communication and media development in China
-Key contributor of the consumer engagement team, especially partner with HR-training team to communicate consistent brand messages internally.
Digital Communication
-Drive the Digital agenda in the organization across APAC
-Lead the development of the digital communication strategy and activation programmes/calendar on a Greater China scale
-Provide digital creative solutions and content
-Develop communication assets and toolkits for markets to utilize
-Be the key contact for Digital Agency
-Support the Annual Marketing Programme
-Act as digital communication guardian and ensure all activations are brand led and aligned across markets and partners.
-Build digital capabilities with regions
-Track performance and executional excellence of the brand initiatives across all markets
-Lead markets teams to deliver digital *** execution plans
-Support the department with presentations, overviews needed to efficiently drive marketing management activity throughout the business
-Act as a change agent, provide thought leadership in digital to help build best in class digital capabilities across marketing units
-Facilitate cross market learning and best practice sharing through effective engagement in the markets
CRM
-In charge of CRM function for Mainland China, oversees CRM deployment
-Provide insight to portfolio through in-depth CRM analysis and study
-Build up sufficient CRM functioning to drive business growth with door by door insight and better communication efficiency
-Degree level. Marketing focus.
-10-15 years of communication experience in a competitive international marketing organization, preferably in a premium brand led organization, premium retail or agency experience and 8 years’ experience in digital marketing.
-Global experience is desirable
-Gravitas and leadership to lead/drive change
-Experienced in managing externals agencies.
-Experience at dealing with different geographies. Has cultural sensitivity
-Understanding of food and drink industry desirable
