Ideal candidate experience:
● Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Engineering or applicable discipline from four-year college or university. Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):
● Supervision experience either as a manager or a supervisor/team leader. ● Able to organize and set tasks for others and monitor progress ● Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities required. ● Strong presentation, analytical and computer skills are essential. ● Must be bi-lingual in Chinese and English / Germany. ● Customer relationship Qualifications/ certifications:
● Five years experience in Engineering, or related field along with at least eight years of practical experience in a heavy duty manufacturing environment and a broad understanding of automotive industry systems or a combination of education and experience. ● Applicable experience would include friction pad / caliper / OEM knowledge
