1. Responsible of retail KPI's reports and performance analysis to monitor the business (daily, weekly, monthly basis); 2. Monthly sales forecast set-up with controlling team; 3. Audit of front and back-office operations in stores to improve Standard Operating Procedures; 4. Resource optimization to ensure retail profitable growth (headcount analysis based on sales & traffic); 5. Operational monitoring of IT, digital and CRM projects; 6. Support Regional Retail Directors by being a key point of contact with other departments to deliver a premium customer experience (Merchandising, Supply chain, Management Control, IT, CRM, Visual Merchandising).
