Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale events from conception to completion, ensuring all details are managed effectively. - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to secure venues, catering, equipment, and other essential services. - Develop event timelines, budgets, and promotional materials to ensure successful event execution. - Monitor event logistics, including setup, registration, and attendee management, to ensure a seamless experience. - Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports. - Engage with stakeholders and attendees to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for future improvements. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organizational policies during events. - Assist in post-event evaluations and reporting to analyze success and areas for improvement.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and coordination, particularly for large events. - Strong verbal communication skills in English; fluency is essential. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
