Your day revolves around supporting bidding activities—preparing commercial deviations, validating offer pricing, and securing approvals for contract terms while consulting legal and tax experts as needed. You’ll manage SAP operations (orders, billing, claims) and monitor project costs, risks, and deviations, collaborating with project managers to mitigate issues. Additionally, you’ll contribute to monthly forecasts (order intake, revenue, profit) and ensure timely payment collections, all while handling ad-hoc tasks from the Department Manager. Your role ensures smooth project execution and financial accuracy.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Business Administration:
● Support bidding activities such as prepare commercial deviation of contract, Offer price check (project cost, profit, etc.) ● Get lawyer's consultation for special terms in contract. Get Tax officer consultation for export business and onshore service etc. ● Apply for price and/or contract terms approval before bidding if necessary. ● Take part in monthly forecast of Order Intake.
Commercial Project Management:
● SAP Operation: Order Intake, Billing, Delivery Note, etc. Change order and customer claim management. ● Project cost review on monthly basis regarding the deviations between Offer Phase /Order Entry / Revenue Recognition. ● Coordinate with PM to identify and control project potential risk as well as their impact. Submit and track risk reports accordingly. ● Take part in monthly forecast: Revenue, Profit, Cash Flow. Payment collection of projects. ● Other tasks assigned by Department Manager
What You Bring
● Bachelor’s degree or above ● More than 3 years professional working experience in commercial project management ● Basic knowledge in Finance, Contract Law, Interntaional trade ● SAP experience in Sales model /Finance model ● Good Communicaton and negotiation skills ● English can be working language is preferred
