61 Can be the interface plant / R&D for technical topics
61 Participate to deploy Optimize Process (ex-PEP) actions into the Plant
61 Update local technical data (mechanical diagram, electrical schemes, BOM)
61 Collect and filter Equipment issues and suggest corrective actions to the BOC thru BPM (BOC Plant Member)
61 Make design under R&D delegation, or in case of local/legacy product
61 Make prototypes under R&D delegation
61 Participate to the local Product-Process knowledge, can contribute to technical problem solving (manufacturing or customer)
61 Guarantee Product Performance Compliance & contribute to Product Robustness in the plant
61 Can have the MCO mission (Manufacturing Change Owner) for the plant



1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical-electronics , Mechanics, material industrial engineering
2. Knowledge in smart operation (3~5 years of products application experience)
3. Good at written and spoken English, CET-4; MS Office, digital tool
4. Positive work attitude
