85 Monthly monitor and analyze external and internal data to assist in the growth of the segment business, identifying market and consumer opportunities as well as issues. 85 Collaborate with the segment leader to spearhead cross-functional customized product projects. 85 Support the execution of NPD launches by developing assets, including POSM, PDP, videos, etc. 85 Provide support for packaging architecture design, covering packaging design extensions, Labeling, Regulatory, and Compliance (LRC) checks, as well as legal reviews. 85 Independently oversee SKU master data management and assist the Business Development Team (BDT) with sample ordering.
1. 2 years+ marketing experience, 1+ years as BD/ product marketing as mandatory. 2. Good numeric and analytical skills on AC Nielson, Consumer Penal and other marketing data. 3. Strong project management skills, able to plan effectively, deliver on time and delegate appropriately. 4. Excellent communication skill with internal and external team with strong teamwork mindset. 5. Experience in P&L management, commercially savvy with a good understanding of drivers of profitability, while keeping a consumer-*** mindset 6. Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
