Mission Description 1. Leading the change: Developing and executing a comprehensive digital workplace roadmap aligned with business goals, including selecting and integrating appropriate technologies, planning upgrades, and managing the overall digital workplace lifecycle. 2. Subject matter expert: Possessing deep technical knowledge of relevant digital workplace tools, such as Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, communication tools, and other cloud-based solutions. Staying current with emerging technologies and advocating for their adoption within the organization. 3. Governance and standards: Establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, usage policies, and best practices for digital workplace tools to ensure data security, compliance, and efficient operations. This includes application lifecycle management, development standards, and deployment protocols. 4. Technical documentation: Overseeing the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation, including operational processes, training materials, and user guides. 5. Stakeholder management: Working closely with business stakeholders across different departments to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide technical guidance. Building strong relationships and acting as a liaison between technical teams and business users. 6. Technical support: Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address user issues and promote adoption. 7. Team leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of digital workplace specialists, assigning tasks, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment. 8. Project management: Overseeing the implementation of digital workplace projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. 9. Performance monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the digital workplace strategy and identify areas for improvement. Regularly reporting on progress to stakeholders. 10. Managing UEM - Workspace One / Omnissa: Managing Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions such as Workspace One / Omnissa to ensure secure and efficient management of all endpoints within the organization.
Profile Requirement 1. Proven success and expertise in Digital Workplace in an international environment, and client facing capacity 2. 4- 6 years of technology-related experience and knowledge in UEM – Workspace One / Omnissa 3. Proactive and enthusiastic individual who can lead incidents and drive troubleshooting through a logical approach 4. An individual who can thrive working in diverse environments with collaboration from different regions and cultures. 5. Experience working in a matrixed environment and therefore diverse stakeholders 6. Customer orientated with a mindset of problem resolution
