Primary Function: The position is responsible is to continually improve efficiency in Commercial operations and support business growth via Commercial strategy plan implementation.
Major Responsibilities: 61 Support Distribution Management - Assist Channel Managers in identifying new distributor qualifications, facilitating the process of distributor recruitment, renewal, and termination. - Responsible for all distribution agreements and channel authorizations, including but not limited to signing contracts with new distributors, preparing supplementary agreements for any changes to existing distributors, and managing annual renewals of distribution agreements. - Support distributor management in areas such as logistics, credit, inventory, targets, territory, and pricing.
61 Reports & Analysis - Tracking all channel sell-out/offtake data on a weekly and daily basis, as well as preparing and managing distributor inventory, ensures a comprehensive understanding of all channel sales progress, drives all business functions to initiate appropriate follow-up actions, and supports the management team in making informed sales decisions based on timely and high-quality data patterns - Responsible for distributor compensation and quarterly rebate calculations, coordinating with the financial team and management to ensure all distributor compensation and rebates are consistent with approved commercial policies and within budget. - Others ad hoc reports as per required
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor degree or above
Minimum Experience Required: 61 Above 5 years working experience 61 Working experiences in multiple positions including commercial business support and SFE with multinational companies 61 Self-motivated, highly committed & accountable 61 Excellence in MS office tools 61 Good presentation skills and oral communication skills
