1. Leads the development of the strategic plans for responsible categories in the China region. Leads the negotiations of procured materials and services to assure optimal TCO (Cost, Quality, Delivery, Innovation) achieved. Develops and implements strategies to assure lowest overall cost while mitigating risk to the Corporation. 2. Leads direct reports to establish and maintain reliable sources of supply and supervise the negotiation of procured materials and services. Manages and develops personnel and recruitment activity to promote an efficient operation as well as assuring a high level of motivation and morale 3. Leads change management efforts while creating true alignment & integration internally and externally. Develops and implements strategies to assure lowest overall cost while mitigating risk to the Corporation. 4. Promotes high level of customer satisfaction in supporting the needs of China projects & requirements for Purchasing guidance & leadership. 5. Active management and interact with Sr. stakeholders related to alignment and implementation on strategies linked to grow top line 6. Ensures the effective implementation of Procurement strategic projects to enable regional objective accomplishments 7. Manages the inbound supply chain supplier service quality program ensuring the enablement of top line growth in the region 8. Coach and develop direct reports. Ensure proper career paths and succession planning are in place for the functions. 9. Acquire best practice from global/regional business areas and share with/coach own team.
Requirement:
1. BA Degree or above 2. 15 years in procurement managing or related function and at least 3 years in senior management position, FMCG procurement management experience, especially food industry is preferred. 3. Knowledge about strategic sourcing, category management, purchasing governance policy and procedure 4. Professional maturity, high integrity, open & honest 5. Strong Leadership and people development, Effective communication skills & team work spirit 6. Process orientation and strategic development capability 7. Handling Complexity and experience in matrix organization
