Responsibility

1.Act as a project leader for localization projects, work with multi-function team to launch Emerson products in China factory following standard project gate review process and requirement

2.Responsible for manufacturing process selection, layout design, lead production team to complete product pilot run and improve *** pass yield

3.Responsible for new equipment introduction, production line set up. Develop and implement automation and IIOT solutions to continuously improve productivity

4.Develop process documentation, provide training to operators and line leaders on new processes, materials, and equipment

5.Continuously contribute to quality and productivity improvements with lean and six sigma tools, drive cost down and operation excellent

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in an Engineering discipline or a combination of related experience education is required

2.Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing industry

3.Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skill

5.Self-motivated, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

6.Open minded, friendly, having a great sense of responsibility

7.Familiar with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools

8.PMP Certificates is a plus
