JOB PURPOSE
As part of a dynamic customer focused team, you will be managing sales, commercial, engineering and manufacturing functions on hot runner projects from quoting stage through order shipment to ensure excellence in quality, on-time delivery, and profitability. In this position you provide direct support to assigned customer base and hot runner sales personnel, and identify opportunities to grow sales within North Asia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/Areas of Accountability:
1 Be a single point of contact for assigned customer
2 Screen and coordinate pre-sale application and product inquiries
3 Prepare quotes for hot runner, controller
4 Work directly with customers to secure necessary project information
5 Interpret customer drawings / 3D models, project information, and specifications.
6 Anticipate and resolve project problem areas and ambiguities
7 Communicate concerns and potential solutions
8 Prepare and submit project documentation on time to enable design start at committed date
9 Participate at all required kick off, send off, and design review meetings for your projects
10 Know the status of your projects. Hold each department accountable to their commitments
11 Coordinate customer changes and take responsibility that they are correctly executed
12 Manage communication flow between customer, sales organization, and the factory
13 Manage key customer relationships within region in order to provide high level of service
14 Develop and present technical presentations for design reviews and technology updates. Understand profit and loss of your projects

REQUIREMENTS：
EDUCATION：Bachelor Degree or diploma in a technical field such as mechanical, engineering, hydraulics, electrical, pneumatics.

QUALIFICATION：
1 Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills
2 Excellent communication and presentation skills
3 Ability to work effectively with team members and customers
4 Experience in plastics, plastic injection molding technology or mold assembly/design
5 Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Unigraphics or other design platform)
6 Located in Shanghai but willingness to travel occasionally
7 Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) & English, additional Korean considered as an asset

EXPERIENCE：
1 Injection mold system or Hot runner experience (understanding of mold design etc.)
2 Financial experience (understanding of cost structure etc.)
3 Logistics experience (understanding of incoterm etc.)
