Based in Shanghai, we offer full scope brand management and retail services including business development, branding, retail, ecommerce, operations, and brand investment for international aspirational fashion and lifestyle brands. We currently serve as exclusive brand partners for luxury brands such as Zimmermann, Mackage, R13, Sporty & Rich and more in Greater China. We currently employ around 90+ staff and growing. Chelsey House has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial PR & Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing business. The role will drive 360 marketing communication including PR, creative, events, social and retail marketing for our brands. Reporting directly to senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for spearheading initiatives to enhance brand image, drive sales, and expand market reach. The role requires a deep understanding of luxury fashion and wellness sectors, excellent media and influencer networks, and strong capability to localize brand storytelling to the China market. You will focus on 360 support for Mackage and R13, and PR-focused support for Sporty & Rich. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 61 Develop and execute brand and marketing plans for Mackage and R13, ensuring brand equity, relevance, and differentiation in the China market. 61 Drive execution of integrated 360° campaigns across PR, social, retail marketing, and content touchpoints. 61 Manage day-to-day PR operations including press office maintenance, media pitching, influencer seeding, KOL management, and event PR. 61 Proactively pitch brand stories, seasonal launches, and key moments to drive continuous media visibility. 61 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier fashion, lifestyle, and wellness media, influencers, and cultural stakeholders, building localized brand affinity. 61 Strengthen brand differentiation and deliver impactful media results that enhance awareness, desirability, and product storytelling. 61 Support planning and execution of seasonal press previews, KOL/VIP events, store openings, and consumer activations. 61 Coordinate localized content planning and asset production with internal teams and creative agencies, ensuring brand voice consistency and consumer relevance. 61 Drive social media calendar execution and daily maintenance (posting, scheduling, basic community management) across RED, WeChat, Douyin, and Weibo, in partnership with freelancers or campaign agencies. 61 Plan and coordinate social media campaigns and amplification pushes to support seasonal or tactical brand moments. 61 Collaborate with retail and e-commerce teams to execute in-store activations, mall collaborations, and community-driven engagement events. 61 Work closely with retail, digital business, merchandising, and training teams to ensure cohesive brand execution across all physical and digital channels. QUALIFICATIONS 61 Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience encompassing Marketing Communication, PR, Digital, Social, Creative Production, CRM and Retail Marketing. 61 Demonstrated passion for driving from ground zero to full-scale initiatives, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. 61 Proven track record of established and robust connections within the China luxury, fashion, sports or lifestyle industry, including creative production, media, KOLs, agencies, landlord and partner communities. 61 Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
