工作职责:
-Identify technologies and assets in alignment with company strategic priorities
-Facilitate scientific evaluations by supporting cross-functional and cross-divisional teams including R&D, clinical development, medical, regulatory, IP, manufacturing, etc.
-Together with the above functional team, execute/ support senior member to initial pre-due diligence assessments and define the business parameters around potential deals.
-Build (or support to build) consensus for deal rationale among above stake holders and Sr. leaders.
-Develop consolidated assessment reports and update due diligence results for senior leadership team
- Facilitate/support in the negotiation of the deals
任职资格:
-Master required in relevant fields: biology, pharmacy, medical, etc.
-Fluent English
-5+ years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experiences, preferably with strong R&D experiences
- 5+ years of experiences in business development and/ or in-licensing evaluation related activities/ or strategy planning & evaluation.
-Drug development experiences in immunology and oncology is a plus
- successful records in finish systemic scientific/diseases/marketing evaluation, and due diligence.
- familiar with different database, capable of landscape analysis and scientific data analysis.
-Good written and oral communication skills
-High level of self-motivation
-Able to thrive in a complex, global, cross-functional and science-driven environment
-Capable of managing projects and deadlines with autonomy
-Domestic and international travel required (estimated 25%)
