Role within the Indirect Procurement organization. Lead indirect sourcing projects/activities for External Workforce Services in Greater China, ASEAN and ANZ, including sourcing (RFP/RFQ), negotiating and contracting, to support business and fulfill stakeholder’s requirements.
Responsibilities: - Execute on applicable process steps. - Guard process quality on operational level. - Perform 1st and 2nd line support activities. - Provide regular standardized training for system users -Provide system maintenance and updates. -Seek process improvement opportunities and, depending on complexity, implement them directly or share with respective BPE. - Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects or initiatives locally and globally. - Ensures compliance with Procurement policies and procedures, codes of ethics and general business principles. -Manages relationship with the internal customers and stakeholders proactively. - University degree or above in the field of marketing and communications with 5-8 years of related experience. -Experience working in multinational marketing and communications either in-house or ***-class international agencies. -Excellent written and spoken English.
