Responsibilities: 1. Develop key account strategy; team work with cross-functional supporting teams; coordinate key account activities; and identify key projects to grow sales revenue. 2. Build strong customer relationship with key executives to have positive influence to TE business. Develop and build strong relationship with key functional teams (engineering, procurement, sourcing, quality) decision makers. 3. Develop and implement annual budget and plan; establish targets. adjust sales strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions. 4. Review and follow up AR and long past due inventory to achieve assigned account sales revenue and market growth targets. 5. Get involved to coordinate internal resources for key projects to make sure achieving design wins. 6. Resolve functional issues to achieve targeted department performance.
Qualifications 61 Bachelor degree or above in a technical major such as Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, MBA is a plus. 61 At least 5 years of sales with experience in applicable area of interconnect or electro-mechanical products. 61 Familiar with OEM business model and culture. 61 Excellent capability to perform under appliance industry. 61 Outstanding English oral and written communication skills is a plus. 61 Demonstrated effectiveness within cross-functional and cross-regional communication and team work skills. 61 Demonstrated skillful, professional interactions with various functions at customers. 61 The ability to clearly articulate business, product, and value proposition 61 Be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, juggling several tasks at a time 61 A positive attitude with a winning personality 61 Great overall presentation and interpersonal skills 61 Confidence in the brand, the products, and your market 61 A strong desire to achieve success on your account 61 Well familiar with excel and great ability for data analysis
