Position Purpose
- This position has the responsibility for the quality assurance and control of boiler manufacturing.

Responsibility
- Establish the quality assurance and control system for boiler manufacturing.
- Prepare Boiler Manual and Procedure document.
- Supervise the execution of QA system and implement improvement measures.
- Develop the ITP per the project specification/drawing.
- Confirm and release the boiler product and quality documentation.
- Contact with boiler authorities for audit, and supervision inspection.
- Troubleshoot of quality issues.
- Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical major or quality management
- 15 years minimal experience in Quality Assurance and Control.
- Familiar with boiler code, including GB, ASME and EN.
- Familiar with boiler quality control system.
- Familiar with boiler material, NDE, test and inspection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Good English read/written capability, ability to communicate with customer independently.
