职位综述
- This position has the responsibility for the quality control of boiler and pressure vessel product inspection, including materials, marking, cutting, welding, mechanical processing, bending, forming, hot or cold correction, hydrostatic test, dimensions, sandblasting, painting, packaging inspection.
该岗位主要负责工厂锅炉和压力容器产品的质量检验，包括材料、标识、焊接、机加工、弯管、卷板、成形、冷热校正、压力试验、尺寸、喷砂、油漆、包装检验。

岗位职责
- Responsible for preparing product Quality Plan/ Inspection and Test Plan, inspection rules. For hold point, he must come to site for inspection witness, preparation of inspection report.
- Responsible for the inspection of the manufacturing process of the company's products, and timely coordination of problems found, including dimensions, welding, sandblasting paint, assembly.
- Follow up NDT results according to project execution.
- Responsible for the product final inspection and prepare the final inspection report as the basis for workshop correction and quality release.
- Willing to wear the necessary PPE required and assure to work under the HSE requirement.
- Perform short-term business trips or temporary assignments assigned by supervisors.
- Confirm workshop team product quality within 24 hours
- Perform inspection according to drawings and project ITP
1.负组织编制产品质量计划/检验、试验计划，组织编制检验规程，停止点必须到位检查见证，编制检验报告。
2. 负责公司产品制造过程检验，发现问题及时协调处理，包括尺寸，焊接，喷砂油漆，装配。
3.根据项目执行，跟进探伤及结果。
4. 负责公司产品出厂前检验工作，形成终检报告，作为车间整改及质量放行依据。
5.遵守工厂安全管理规定。
6.执行短期出差或主管安排的临时任务。
7.24小时内确认车间班组产品质量
8.根据图纸及项目ITP执行检验

岗位要求
- Bachelor degree or above。
- 本科以上学历，中级工程师职称。
- At least 8 years quality inspection experience in boiler and pressure vessel, pressure pipeline, steel structure and equipment manufacturing.
Have experience including raw materials, welding, machining, assembly, sandblasting paint and other related work experience.
- 8年以上锅炉压力容器、压力管道、钢结构、机械类的质量检验经验，包括原材料、焊接、机加工、装配、喷砂油漆等相关的工作经验。
- Knowledge of welding defects, machining, sandblasting paint.
- Skilled use tools for dimension, welding and painting inspection.
- Fill the inspection report.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Familiar with boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing code, including GB, ASME and EN.
- Basic office software operation ability.
- 了解焊接缺陷、机加工、喷砂油漆知识。
- 会使用通用的尺寸、焊接、油漆检验工具。
- 会填写检验报告。
- 有英语读写能力。
- 熟悉锅炉压力容器制造规范标准，包括国标、ASME和EN标准。
- 基本的办公软件操作能力。
