GENERAL SUMMARY: To grow Cooper-Standard sales as a supplier of choice for the local market. The Account Manager will directly report to Sales Manager, as part of the sales and new program development team. Responsible for new business and revenue achievements in line with corporate goals, the mainly focus on internal affairs and manage business relations (sales/marketing, quality, project, logistic, financial…) with the customer on key accounts. 推动Cooper-Standard作为本地市场首选供应商的销售增长。客户经理将直接向销售经理汇报,作为销售与新项目开发团队的一员,负责实现符合公司战略目标的新业务拓展及营收目标,工作重心聚焦于内部事务统筹,并负责关键客户(销售/营销、质量、项目、物流、财务等多维度)的商业关系管理。
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Growing sales through developing and implementing sales strategy to meet sales targets. 2. Locates new sales opportunities by visiting both new and existing customers. 3. Follow up program detail for new programs. 4. Quotation preparation supervised by sales manager. 5. Coordinate adjustment of annual sales projection. 6. Other responsibility for achievement of objectives: A. Support AR to achieve sales revenue B. Sales piece price maintenance for existing and new parts for serial production C. Release internal RFQ to team in terms of the RFQ package from customers and follow up the internal cost analyses D. Support audits from both internal and outside. E. Sales report and relevant documents maintenance. (including market data collection , cycle plan ..etc..) F. Other work required by top manager. 通过制定和实施销售策略达成销售目标,促进销售增长。 通过拜访新老客户,发掘潜在销售机会。 跟进新项目的具体执行细节。 在销售经理的审核下完成报价准备工作。 协调年度销售预测的调整与更新。 其他为实现目标需承担的职责: A. 协助应收账款(AR)部门完成销售收入目标 B. 维护现有及新零部件在量产阶段的销售单价 C. 根据客户提供的询价包(RFQ)向内部团队发布需求,并跟进成本分析 D. 配合内外部审计工作 E. 维护销售报告及相关文件(包括市场数据收集、生产周期计划等) F. 完成上级管理层交办的其他任务
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 1. Engineering background with knowledge of fluid products. 2. Familiar with OEM’s procedure, Greatwall / BAIC/ Toyota experience is preferred. 工程专业背景,具备流体产品相关知识 熟悉COEM流程,具有长城/北汽/丰田相关工作经验者优先
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 1. Ability to speak and write English fluently. 2. Must be able to travel 30% to customers, including weekends. 3. Clear presentation and good logic in quotation. 4. Good interpersonal skills. 能够流利地进行英语听说及书面表达。 需适应约30%时间的出差要求(含周末),拜访客户。 报价内容表述清晰,逻辑严谨。 具备良好的人际交往能力。
