Key Accountabilities 主要职责 1 Strategy and business: Lead E2E brand management plan for AC&Skin Category including market/consumer insights digging, 4P design, etc, to drive both topline and bottom-line growth.
2.NPD: lead NPD 0-1 launch, incl. brand 3-5 year portfolio plan, concept ideation, product mix creation, claim creation, package design, launch plan proposal and execution
