Overall purpose of the job：

1. Establish clear alignment between Segment & Keppel IT on technology investments to meet business goals
2. Draft Technology roadmap & Tactical Implementation Plan to achieve overall business/service goals
3. Oversee and manage the compliance adherence & Technology Risk management across Segments and within Keppel IT with continuous service improvements
4. Ensure the projects and applications under the Segment meets requirements on cost, revenue/returns & risk
5. Identify cost saving and business improvement areas via IT innovation and technology transformation to optimize ROIs from technological investments
Main responsibilities

Planning (Strategy)
1. Recommend new strategy decisions (e.g., overall services’ goals, digital transformation plans, etc.) by providing inputs/reviews on IT strategy, service portfolio, demand & financial management, continuing improvements
2. Lead the strategizing of BP-managed innovations & overall management. of Segment’s stakeholder relationships
3. Identify and provide new service requirements arising from business/platform needs and goals
4. Assess and prioritize new technology initiatives, by reviewing the cost, revenue/returns and risk involved
Service Design & Implementation
1. Manage business expectations, provide business SLA requirements, ensure clear communication with the CoE
2. Recommend remediation to manage Segment’s capacity needs in collaboration with the CoE
3. Provide platform specific inputs during validation & testing of Enterprise & Segment specific application
4. Ensure RPO1 & RTO2 requirements from business are communicated to CoE to handle disaster scenarios and ensure service continuity
Monitoring & Maintenance
1. Key liaison officer to ensure proactive communication regarding major service failures (incidents) are communicated to affected business users within the Segments
2. Provide workaround to ensure business operation continuity while awaiting problem resolution
Others
1. Govern and oversee IT compliance & Technology Risk for all Segment-specific technology initiatives
2. Liaise with Product Owners to ensure product assessment & approval for products with IT & OT components
Competencies required

1. Techno-functional skills in providing Business insights and requirements to support IT roadmap development, IT visions and IT planning, and suggesting new IT adoption / growth to deliver better business outcomes
2. Experience as liaison between Business and Technology department to ensure the organization’s needs are fulfilled with quality & efficiency
3. Ability to drive innovation from ideation, prototyping to operationalization
4. Ability to govern overall IT compliance & Risk across all IT services within Business Segment
5. Excellent communication and management skills
Qualification and experience required
资历及经验要求
1. Bachelor Degree and above in IT related major in top universities, overseas education background / working experience is a plus. Smart city/Smart building/Smart Campus/AIoT work experience with software development experience is preferred
2. 12+ years of experience delivering projects, with at least 5 years in similar senior capacity operating in a complex business environment
3. Broad experience in multiple competency areas of smart cities integration, therefore skills in data integration and innovation (eg, iot data), end to end smart technologies deployed for citizens/community to government with cities
4. Experienced in research technologies and sources to support Business Development and innovation
5. Experienced in driving innovation in the above area with measurable and visible results
6. Acquired Project Management certification or agile certification will be a strong plus
7. Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
