Job Responsibility 1. Responsible for the quotation work and technical support of pre-projects, including technical presentation, technical communication with customers, quotation EBOM, DVP, etc. 2. Responsible for managing the development progress of product development, checking relevant laws and regulations or customer technical definitions to ensure that customer product technical definitions are met. 3. Responsible for product design program development and confirmation, and assist design engineers to design, will be basic circuit logic, mechanical calculations, tolerance cumulative calculations and research. 4. Organize internal and external design reviews. 5. Organize and coordinate prototyping samples and validation. 6. Manage design book, DVP, CC/SC, DFMEA, lessons learned and other program documents. 7.Track experiments, responsible for product failure problem analysis and technical support, manage product design changes. 8. Support VAVE activities. 9. Support participation in collaborative product development in global engineering centers. 10. Other technical work assigned by Product Engineering Manager.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree above. Major in mechanical, electronics， automotive, automation or other engineering relevant fields 3. 3 or more years of automotive and parts interior and exterior design related work experience, interior and exterior mirrors or car gas cap product development experience is preferred. 4. Familiar with automotive and component product development process and TS16949. 5. Knowledge and experience of automotive products and familiarity with relevant testing standards. 6. Understand the manufacturing and production process of automotive products. 7. Familiar with software such as UG or CATIA, preferably with design experience. Familiar with office automation software. 8. Knowledge of analysis methods such as DOE and Red-X. 6. 9. Proficient in oral and written English. 10. Ability to work independently, with excellent teamwork and organizational skills. 11. Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, project management experience is an advantage. 12. Proactive, conscientious and rigorous work attitude. 13. Strong ability to bear work responsibility and work pressure, adapt to travel.
