Responsibilities：
1.Prepare and support rubber, plastic and metal component designs as a result of an EAR from internal customers.
2.Be accountable to provide a detailed manufacturing drawing complete with dimensions and tolerances; ensure that the product functions in the application as specified; ensure that the product can be manufactured in a cost effective and reliable manner.
3.Analyze and identify cause and corrective actions for sealing systems failures.
4.Work close with the sales and applications engineers.
5.Support Product, Segment Management in terms of their business goals.
6.Participate in key customer visits with sales engineers and account managers.
7.Connect with suppliers, purchasing for materials, components and manufactured product.
8.Be responsible for managing the product testing program.
9.Keep communication within product engineering team globally, share and learn from each other.

Requirements：
1.Minimum BS degree in engineering.
2.Proficiency in NX and CAD.
3.Be fluent in both spoken and written English.
4.Project management skills is preferred.
5.Seal design experience highly desirable.
6.Elastomer/plastic processing and tooling experience highly desirable.
7.Exposure to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and AS 9100 quality systems desirable.
8.Experienced at FEA was highly desireable.
