61 Plan, develop and execute school’s digital marketing strategy in China. with a clear focus on generating high-level of brand reputation and qualified enquiries and increasing school’s online brand awareness and credibility.
Key Roles & Responsibilities 主要职责:
RED Management: 61 Develop and execute engaging content strategies for the school's RED account to increase brand awareness and generate leads. 61 Cooperate with RED agency to monitor and analyze RED performance metrics to optimize content. 61 Stay up-to-date with RED trends and best practices.
WeChat Management: 61 Manage and improve content strategies for WeChat account to increase followers and brand awareness. 61 Support line manager and team head with editorials and feature stories. 61 Select appropriate photos, design and manage the layout of WeChat articles, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging presentation of content.
Content Creation and School Material Development: 61 Support generating high-quality content for various marketing channels, brochures, handbooks and other promotional materials, ensuring consistency with the Harrow brand. 61 Develop compelling copy that highlights the school's unique offerings, achievements, and community spirit.
Website Operations: 61 Maintain and update the school website content, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a user-friendly experience.
Design and Visual: 61 Create visually appealing marketing materials, such as posters. 61 Utilize basic editing skills to produce and edit videos to showcase school events, and campus life. 61 Manage and optimize school visual content platform
Event Support: 61 Provide marketing support for school events, including open days, and community events. 61 Assist with event promotion, logistics, and on-site marketing activities.
Other Responsibilities: 61 Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. 61 Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed.
Experience Required 经验要求:
61 Minimum 2 years’ working experience in digital marketing or marketing
61 Digitally savvy with good copy writing, design and layout ability. Be sensitive to social trend. Be creative but data driven.
61 Good at Microsoft Office software, Canva, Xiumi and Jianying and etc. Experience with Adobe and video editing is preferred.
61 A ‘can-do’ attitude, open minded and quick learner with the ability to manage own workload and prioritize tasks to deliver as required in a multi-task and agile environment.
61 Fluent English and Mandarin – written and verbal. English as working language.
