Responsibilities：
Advising our international customers on handling our combined axis and scan system in laser material processing.
Commissioning and troubleshooting on-site for our combined axis and scan system.
Analyzing customer laser applications regarding feasibility and requirements for our system.
Gathering customer requirements and supporting development projects in creating solution concepts and system designs.
Creating tool sets and workflows for customers to improve the usability of our combined axis and scan system.
Close coordination with the Solution Engineering Team at HQ and Product Management.
Conducting training for customers.

Requirement：
Completed studies in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in laser material processing such as laser cutting, welding, 3D printing, etc.
Several years of experience in operating and programming technical systems in the field of automation or control of axis systems.
Solution-oriented, independent, and conscientious working style.
Enjoyment of communication and working with customers.
Good English skills, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel within China.
Willingness for partial training in Germany.
Ability to adapt to different cultural working environments and working in international projects
