61根据 Lakeland 全球运营转型（G.O.T）战略的实施要求，该职位负责在亚洲各制造基地及相关上下游业务中推广精益六西格玛与工业工程方法论。
61作为亚洲 G.O.T 执行团队的一员，该职位需支持全球制造卓越战略，通过优化成本、效率与效能，推进自动化与数字化进程，提升员工技能并培育持续改进文化，以实现卓越运营。
61该职位需与亚洲制造业务领导者及全球制造卓越团队紧密协作。

【主要职责】
61在本地工厂开发、领导、支持并实施精益六西格玛与流程改进项目，涵盖订单交付流程、库存削减、物料物流优化、布局改进等领域。
61主导价值流图（VSM）工作坊，协同本地精益六西格玛负责人维护项目储备池，聚焦通过VSM、L.S.S及持续改善（Kaizen）活动实现年度降本目标。
61推动区域性精益六西格玛（L.S.S）项目，监控并汇报项目进展状态。
61为团队成员提供精益六西格玛工具的应用培训与指导。
61通过工业工程方法提升自动化与数字化水平。
61在区域团队及部门内倡导并深化持续改进文化。
61完成上级交办的其他紧急临时任务。

【任职资格】
61本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械工程等相关专业优先。
61至少5年制造业相关领域工作经验。
61精通精益生产、六西格玛、丰田生产系统（TPS）、卓越运营（Operational Excellence）及工业工程（I.E）方法论。
61具备项目管理能力与数据分析技能。
61出色的沟通能力及变革管理思维。
61英语听说读写流利。
61对为业务与客户创造实际价值有强烈责任感与使命感。

【About the position】
61In line with Lakeland Global Operation Transformation strategy implementation requirements, the role is responsible to roll out Lean six sigma and Industrial Engineering methodologies in Asia manufacturing sites and related up/down streams.
61As one member of Asia G.O.T executive team, the role is to support global manufacturing excellence strategy to achieve excellent cost, efficiency and effectiveness, automation, digitalization, people skill up and continuous improvement culture.
61The role is to collaborate with Asia manufacturing leaders and global manufacturing excellence team.

【Key Responsibility】
61Develop, lead, support and implement Lean six sigma and process improvement projects across local factories, including order to delivery process, inventory reduction, material logistics and layout improvement, etc.
61Facilitate VSM workshop and work with local L.S.S champion maintain the project hopper, focus on achieving annual saving cost by VSM, L.S.S and Kaizen.
61Facilitating reginal L.S.S projects, monitoring, and reporting project status.
61Facilitate, train, and coach team members in the use of Lean Six Sigma tools.
61Level up automation and digital by industrial engineering methods.
61Promote and instill a culture of continuous improvement within regional teams and departments.
61Others urgent Ad-hoc jobs from supervisor.

【Qualifications】
61Bachelor or above Degree in industries engineering, mechanical engineering
is preferred.
61At least 5 years experience in a related manufacturing field and industry.
61Profound knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, Operational excellence and I.E.
61Project management skills and Data analysis skills
61Strong communications skills and changing management mindset.
61Proficient English skills in verbal and written.
61Strong commitment and responsibility to deliver tangible values to the
business & customer.
