Lead Finance Business Partner IND, Suzhou Site What is the Job about The Finance Business Partner represents Finance in the management team of the performance unit with the purpose of: 61 Proactively supporting and constructively challenges the management team in the definition and execution of business plans. 61 Contribute with constant focus on performance management and with highquality analysis strengthen the decision-making processes. 61 Being accountable for Finance in the performance unit and as such act as one point of contact for the management team 61 Ensure optimal contribution to Group Profitability on relevant dimensions 61 Has financial responsibility of a performance unit either with a global functional responsibility or a stand alone medium size performance units. (i.e. Middle size sales performance units , Plants with several APU’s) Your main responsibilities 61 With a forward-looking approach, provide financial insights to the unit management team on strategic and tactical level when defining long and short term business plans, quantifying the plans and setting milestone targets. 61 Conduct adhoc analysis and provide business decision support to unit management. 61 Secure in any business decision the financial value creation based on group profitability mindset and link to the overall strategy. 61 Accountable for deploying and developing the financial acumen in all levels and functions of the performance unit. 61 Drive the financial performance management in the unit management team in the definition of both long term and short term KPIs and the selection of relevant measurements. Monitor and follow up on main KPIs and ensure that the unit management team is taking corrective actions, if needed. 61 Drive the financial planning process, hereunder prepare the annual budget, periodic forecasts including suggestions to corrective actions and participation in relevant stakeholder meetings. 61 Be accountable for supporting or driving Strategic initiatives/projects in the Performance unit. 61 Accountable on all financial matters in the performance unit, and take leadership in the finance community by involving, coaching, developing the relevant parties in FP&A, Shared service and Compliance controlling Your background 61 Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience 61 Most likely to have 6-7 years of relevant work experience 61 Understanding of supply chain and operation management, product development. 61 Knowledge of financial principles
