Day to Day Responsibilities:
61 Centrally issue and update CDT CI orders to MFEE
61 Monthly track CI on-time delivery performance and define improvement plan.
61 Develop and execute inventory plans to ensure optimal stock levels in bonded warehouse.
61 Analyze historical data and work with plants for demand & supply planning
61 Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely replenishment of bonded goods.
61 Monitor inventory turnover rates to prevent overstocking or shortages.
61 Identify risks related to stock obsolescence, supply chain disruptions and implement mitigation measures.
61 Bonded warehouse MRO PO management and supplier performance management
61 Generate reports on inventory status, aging stock, and key performance indicators.
