Job purpose - Develop and implement access solution to address business needs in commercial insurance area - Develop partnership with key industry stakeholders to make our company as part of healthcare industry ecosystem
Key responsibility - Develop strategic partnership with leading commercial insurance companies and industry stakeholders - Explore commercial insurance business opportunities for corporation assets and drive the growth in private insurance market - Advocate the preferable environment for commercial insurance in the BMI landscape and emerging C-list - Work with internal stakeholders to ensure landing (C-list, SMI, etc.)
Internal stockholders - Business team including marketing and sales - Cross function team including finance, distribution management, retail, legal and compliance - Government affair and market access team
Qualifications: - At least 6+ years working experience of healthcare or insurance industry, experience of commercial medical insurance is a plus - Strong professional experience on healthcare environment and industry with a detailed understanding of the relevant trends and policy environment - Customer engagement experiences - Solid experience on managing strategic programs and delivering outcomes - Solid communication skills with the ability to communicate persuasively verbally and in writing with fluency in Mandarin and English - Results focused, willingness to learn, self-motivated & driven to achieve goals that deliver value to customers
