Responsibilities 61 Handle technical inquiries from external & internal through email, call and on-site support to address customers' questions and problems with PS products. 61 Do some product tests in the lab when necessary to help the customers find the root causes of the problems reported. 61 Responsible for the customers product complaint management, including customer communication, product return, customer letter, etc., to help the customers for deviation management and let the customers have good experience with service, also help the site qualities to identify the product quality issues for continuous improvement. 61 Deliver basic operation and technical trainings to customers and help the customers use PS products properly and avoiding issues happened during usage to make sure the customers have good using experience with PS products. 61 Take ownership/responsibility for assigned projects and daily tasks to contribute to team's development. Requirements/Qualification 61 Bachelor/Master, major in Biochemical, Biotechnology, pharmaceutical or related 61 For bachelor’s degree, more than 5 year working experience; for master’s degree more than 3 years in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology related field is preferred. 61 Good presentation skills, computer skills and communication skills. 61 Good command of English, both oral and write. CET 6 or equivalent 61 Good execution, integrity, teamwork required. 61 Strong ownership was highly preferred, could accept overtime work or business trip if necessary. 61 Passion and self-motivated.
