Job Responsibilities 岗位职责

1)Be responsible for the market development of inspection business in the new energy industry (such as wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage, etc.), explore potential customers through various channels, and establish and continuously expand the customer resource database.
负责新能源行业(如风电,光伏,储能等)检测业务的市场开拓,通过多种渠道挖掘潜在客户,建立并不断扩大客户资源库。

2)Deeply understand customer needs, provide them with professional and customized inspection solutions, promote the achievement of business cooperation, and fulfill individual and team sales targets.
深入了解客户需求,为其提供专业、定制化的检测解决方案,推动业务合作的达成,完成个人及团队销售目标。

3)Collaborate with the marketing department to support the company's promotion work in the new energy field.
与市场部门协作,支持公司在新能源领域的推广工作。

4)Maintain close communication with existing customers, conduct regular follow-up visits, and promote in-depth business cooperation with customers.
与现有客户保持密切沟通,定期回访,促进客户业务深度合作。

5)Expand new customers to enhance the influence of the company's brand and expand the market scale.
拓展新客户,扩大公司品牌影响力及市场规模。

6)Follow up the project progress throughout the whole process, from communicating with customers about their needs, formulating solutions, providing quotations to signing contracts, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
从客户需求沟通、方案制定、报价到合同签订,全程跟进项目进展,确保项目顺利推进。

Job Requirements 工作要求

1)A bachelor's degree or above in marketing, engineering technology or related fields.
市场营销,工程技术或相关本科学历及以上。

2)Good written and verbal skill on both Chinese and English for business and project management.
能够熟练使用中文与英语,应对商务需求和项目执行需求。

3)With more than 5 years of relevant working experience in the new energy field, and having sales experience in technical due diligence, supervision, inspection, etc.
5年以上的新能源领域相关工作经验,具有技术尽调,监造,检验等销售经验。

4)Understand the development of the new energy industry. Familiar with the whole-cycle process of new energy projects and the relevant domestic and foreign specifications and project qualification requirements.
了解新能源行业发展情况。熟悉新能源项目全周期流程,熟悉国内外相关规范和项目资质要求。

5) Well understand with the application of 3rd party inspection services in the field of PV, good at identifying customer needs. And familiar with other third-party service competitors.
熟悉第三方检测服务在光伏领域的应用,善于识别客户需求。熟悉其他第三方服务竞争对手。

6) Good teamwork skills, able to develop customers together with technology department.
良好的团队合作能力,能够与技术部门共同开发客户。

7) Project management and time management skills, including an ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines and to establish and maintain good relations with clients.
良好的项目管理和时间管理技能,在有限的时间内合理安排紧凑的项目节点,并于客户保持良好的关系。
