- Ensure level 1 support for all LINK/MYCEVA (platform for track &trace, booking, PO, etc.) related issue. - Setup / configure systems accordingly to defined requirements and specifications. - Formalize and align SOP with Operation team to make sure customer needs are well acknowledged and implemented. - Manage EDI customer troubleshooting. - Using BI system to create report for internal and external users. - Gathering feedback from operation team and controlling team, find possible improvements through SOP update or better system configuration. - System testing and training.
