Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and oversee the quality management system for electrical and electromechanical products, including transformers, cables, medium/high-voltage synchronous motors, and related systems. This role covers key applications in mining, port operations, wind energy, mineral processing, cement production, and similar heavy industries. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a track record of improving product and process quality in demanding industrial environments. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: 61 Lead and manage the company’s quality assurance system across the full product portfolio, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. 61 Oversee product quality for transformers, electrical cables, MV/HV synchronous motors, and related components. 61 Establish and maintain quality management systems (QMS) aligned with ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, or similar standards. 61 Lead internal audits, supplier audits, and external certifications to ensure product and process integrity. 61 Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring robust root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). 61 Drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and FMEA. 61 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality, process efficiency, customer complaints, and non-conformities. 61 Manage and develop the quality team, ensuring strong leadership, technical training, and a culture of accountability and excellence. 61 Serve as the key quality interface for customers in sectors such as mining, port operations, wind power, cement, and minerals, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction. ________________________________________ Key Requirements: 61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 61 Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quality management, ideally within the electrical/electromechanical industry. 61 Strong understanding of medium/high-voltage systems, transformers, cables, and motors, including manufacturing processes and quality control methods. 61 Familiarity with international standards such as IEC, IEEE, UL, and regional regulations for industrial applications. 61 Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a quality team. 61 Hands-on experience with quality tools and systems, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, SPC, and MSA. 61 Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. 61 Effective communication skills, with proficiency in English; Mandarin or other local languages a plus. 61 Willingness to travel to suppliers, customers, or production sites as required.
