Job Responsibilities:
1、Procurement representative in project Team from the initial phase until SOP.
2、Manage the RFQ cycle guaranteeing compliance with the budget, timing, and project requirements.
3、Track bill of material costs and sourcing timing along with overall project timeline for assigned projects from early quotation phase up to SOP.
4、Ensure timely sign off with the segments of all supplier contracts related the project (from development contracts to mass production).
5、Manage achievement of all project milestones related to suppliers and follows progress to project Team.
6、Work closely with the commodity management and regional procurement Team to ensure procurement actions / decisions are aligned to project targets.
7、Influence technical Team to design to cost / target cost process to attain the target costs sheet.
8、Communicate and track procurement price variance status resulting from engineering changes or forecast variances on assigned projects.
9、Identify "risk assessment" related to the coordinated projects, in all phases and propose alternative solutions to mitigate the risks and the impact on the business.
10、Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
1、Above 5 years relevant experience in the automotive industry.
2、Excellent skills and experience in contract negotiation and price negotiation in a manufacturing environment.
3、Knowledge of the cost structure and the value chain of the assigned products.
4、Ability to work successfully in a multicultural organization.
5、Excellent spoken and written English.
