职责描述：
Be responsible for Auto Trim market, identify customer needs, study on the applications of powder coating, increase customer awareness.
Promote powder solution to target projects and upstream clients, ensure the company is listed as an approval supplier.


Research and analyse the Auto Trim market to identify opportunities for existing and new product applications.
Maintain close engagement with customers to understand their technical requirements and collaborate actively with the Technical Solution team and Innovation team to develop tailored new products.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key upstream clients and project owners to influence specification decision-making at the project management stage.
Regular visit and hold seminars and presentations to keep targeted clients and owners posted of our new and existing high-performance solutions to ensure high awareness level.
Lead and coordinate with local sales team by sharing project/specification information to ensure alignment, follow-up and product supply at sales level.


任职要求：
At least 5-year related working experience .
Strong related knowledge and skills of Business Development, Marketing, Finance and Administration Management
Good command of CRM & MS office
Strong English skills both orally and literally
Good planning, organization, communication and influential skills
