Primary Objective
- Lead project team members to execute and complete assigned rental projects until project completion, including project initiation, design and procurement, manufacturing, packaging, and delivery phases, as well as technical support for on-site installation and system debugging.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service & delivery and addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Working with ZCN plant to manage the rental fleet and equipment, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.
Responsibility
- Leading project team members to execute and complete assigned project until close out, including the phase of project starting, designing, purchasing, fabrication, packing and delivery, technical support for site installation and system commissioning
- Organize and participate project related meetings, then share the information to project team members timely to make sure the project execution without incompliance.
- Develop project execution plan, project schedule, organize project kick off meeting and start driving for execution.
- Support sales team to identify work scope and execution strategy, prepare required documents for project bidding
- Working with customers, internal colleagues, vendors and other cooperation guys to make project execution on the right way of success.
- As the contact person between Zeeco and customer to drive project executing smoothly, maintain good relationship with customers.
- Responsible for project scope and change management, project cost, quality and schedule control to make them under target run.
- Potential risks and problems analysis and take proper action to mitigate accordingly.
- Update project status and related reports as needed and report to the management team.
- Support project engineers to execute projects, share lessons learns to team members to improve team's execution capability.
- Coordinate with US engineers for local and global projects execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with major in Engineering or mechanical or process.
- More than 5-year experience in engineering role and project management role.
- Certain experience of site construction and service is preferred
- Have related knowledge on project budget is preferred.
- Be capable of working in a team environment,demonstrating leadership and ownership to others.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, take challengedtasks, could be work independently
- Good skills on communication.
- Fluent written English and verbal communication skills mandatory
