Mission Statement: Reporting to the System Service Manager, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.
Main Accountabilities: 1. Act as key contact for the customer and an internal escalation point for project issues 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including management and customer reporting 3. Define a project plan including scope and financial plans, schedule, risk management and HSE 4. Effectively monitor and control project progress and efficient resource utilization 5. Monitor and control project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses 6. Identify, qualify, quantifies and manages project risks, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued 7. Capture, analyze and share lessons learned throughout the project 8. Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer 9. Ensure a smooth transition between sales, proposal, and site management team, handover to FS team. 10. Education, Knowledge, Skills, Experience: 61 Education: Bachelor or above 61 Knowledge: A good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project 61 Skills: Fluent English skill both in written and oral, preferably have PMI certification. 61 Experience: More than 5 year’s project management experience
