Key roles and responsibilities: 1、Develop and lead the overall event strategy, calendar, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s marketing and business objectives. 2、Manage end-to-end planning and execution of major events including branding summits, customer conferences, webinars, product launches, and internal leadership forums. 3、Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, BD, PR, BU, and executive teams to ensure event messaging, content, and experience reflect business priorities and thought leadership. 4、Lead speaker sourcing, agenda development, and onsite programming to ensure a compelling and cohesive narrative. 5、Oversee vendor selection, budgeting, contract negotiations, and logistics management for physical, hybrid, and virtual events. 6、Manage a high-performing events team and external agencies, providing clear direction, timelines, and quality standards. 7、Establish and monitor event KPIs, conduct post-event evaluations, and deliver performance reports and recommendations. 8、Ensure brand consistency and an excellent attendee experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements: 1、Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus. 2、10+ years of experience in event management, preferably in B2B, healthcare, or life sciences industry. 3、Proven success in leading large-scale international events and high-level executive engagements. 4、Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills. 5、Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. 6、Fluent in English; Mandarin or another language is a plus for international coordination. 7、Willingness to travel for event execution as needed.
