JOB OVERVIEW:
As the Associate Marketing Manager for Brand Coleman, you will be supporting all marketing aspects of Coleman Brand. You will support on the development of brand strategy and key leader to implement Brand Strategies to launch brand, secure marketing execution, drive sales through brand development and brand building. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.

JOB DUTIES:
1. Support the Coleman Brand Strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
2. Execute flawlessly on brand plan such as media, social, channel strategy and working plan
3. Support Line manager to find root issues/opportunities to solve brand problems and drive sales.
4. Communication with cross function team on marketing execution
5. Execute comprehensive digital marketing plan across channels (paid search, social media, email, etc.) to drive traffic, conversion and basket size with clear ROI measurement related with GMV achievement.
6. Leverage data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and customer acquisition.
7. Support line manager as deputy project leader to drive innovation launch
8. Support line manager to build up brand activation plan, and execute the plan
9. Supervise the brand activation execution

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree required
2. 6+ years of solid experience in brand marketing roles
3. Proven experience in brand development and brand building.
4. Strong understanding of brand building approach: Media, social, marketing collaboration and execution.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate business insight, make data-driven decisions.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Ability to identify and apply creative solutions to resolve brand issues.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Negotiation skill to align resources, trade investment with key internal and external stakeholder.
11. Enthusiasts on Outdoor activities, understanding of outdoor category is preferred.
