Responsibilities - Issue shipping instructions to vendors, monitor shipment status, and drive vendors to ensure timely delivery. - Coordinate with vendors, customers, and forwarders to resolve shipment-related issues. - Check the correctness of vendors’ shipping documents and issue payment vouchers to arrange payment to vendors. - Prepare a full set of original shipping documents in accordance with the requirements of customers and/or L/C and send shipping documents to clients timely. - Make commercial documents based on business requests. - Develop good relationships with all the business partners, such as banks, forwarders, suppliers, and customers. - Handle customer claims on shipment problems. - Establish and update SOPs for the effective handling of customers’ shipment requirements. - Carry out other jobs assigned by the supervisor or the department manager
Requirement - Bachelor's degree in business preferred. - Strong time management skills with experience in processing large volume of shipping documents. - Good verbal & written communication skills in English and Mandarin. - In-depth knowledge of international trade with at least 2-3 years’ experience in handling international trade shipments and in dealing directly with overseas customers. - Capable of handling L/C transactions independently. - Good PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Office software. - Proactive, open-minded, and organized. - Strong orientation towards teamwork, zero-defect, solution-driven, and adherence to deadlines.
