岗位职责Job Responsibilities
1. 确保对工作场所、厂房和设备进行EHS审核/审查，以监督是否符合公司的EHS管理系统和当地法律要求和客户要求。
Ensure arrangements are in place for EHS audits/reviews and inspections of the workplace, plant and equipment in order to monitor compliance with the Company EHS mgmt system and local legal and customer requirements.
2. 确保对所有职业伤害/疾病、危险事件、事故和危险行为进行全面调查和报告，并在适当的情况下提供预防措施和纠正措施的调查结果和建议。
Ensure all occupational injuries/illnesses, dangerous occurrence, incidents and at-risk behaviours are fully investigated and reported with findings and recommendations for preventative action and corrective action where appropriate.
3. 组织实施EHS隐患排查和建议治理措施，对于可能危及到生命危险的事故隐患及时提醒相关部门处理并及时上报管理层。
Organization and conduct EHS checking and comments the prevention action, reminder related dept. to decrease or elimination the high risk which could be result in fatality accident and report to Mgmt.
4. 为相关风险评估活动提供建议和提醒，包括对新投资和项目的建议。
Advise and remind in related risk assessment activities, including advice on new investments and projects.
5. 协助当地管理层和总部制定和执行EHS和可持续改进目标和计划，并按当地目标和指标进行监控。
Assist local management and group in the development and execution EHS and sustainability target and improvement plan. Monitor this against local objectives & targets.
6. 履行安全管理/环境卫生管理/职业健康管理职责，提供必要的程序、设施、标志及防护设备并预防和预警或充分控制接触有害物质及其他风险的危险，管理三废设施并同步监测，职业危害、卫生管理及工伤处理等。
In charge of safety & security management / environment & sanitation management / occupational health management. Provision of necessary procedures, facilities, signs, protective equipment and prevention and precautions against, or adequate control of, exposure to hazardous substances, and danger from other risks. Management and synchronous monitoring of waste facilities, occupational hazards, hygiene management and work injury treatment, etc.
7. 组织并参与EHS管理委员会并编写月度EHS管理报告，按照总部及当地要求汇总并分析可持续相关数据。
Organize and participate in the EHS Mgmt Committee, and prepare monthly EHS management reports. Consolidated and analysis sustainability data per group/local requirement.
8. 负责ISO14001，45001，能源审计，安全生产标准化等体系认证，协助ISO9001，ISO 22716，SA8000等相关体系认证工作。
In charge of ISO14001, 45001, energy audit, local work safety certification, etc and assist on ISO 9001, ISO 22716, SA8000 audit, etc.
9. 与当地相关监管机构保持联系，确保管理层了解最新情况并就监管变化提供建议。
Liaise with relevant local regulatory authorities. Ensure that management are up to date and advised on regulatory changes.
10. 上级交办的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by superior.

任职要求Qualifications:
1.技术专业本科以上学历。
Bachelors degree or above in a technical discipline.
2.至少5年SHE专家或顾问经验。
Min. 5 yrs experience as a SHE specialist or advisor.
3.精通法规要求，拥有中国安全证书。
Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements. Possess China Safety Certificate.
4.有建立和管理SHE管理系统的经验。
Experience setting up and administering a SHE Mgmt system.
5.掌握ISO 9001、22716、14000、45001、SA 8000，安全生产标准化管理系统。
ISO 9001, 22716, 14000, 45001, SA 8000，safety production system required by local GOV .
6.流利的英语和普通话。
Fluent in English & Mandarin.
