1 Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement annual/quarterly/monthly e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance brand positioning on Tmall and other platforms.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimize business performance.
2 Platform Management & Optimization
Oversee daily operations of Tmall flagship stores, including product listing, SEO optimization, and ranking improvement.
Utilize data analytics tools to monitor KPIs (e.g., UV, PV, conversion rates) and implement actionable insights to drive traffic and sales.
3 Campaign & IP Management
Plan and execute large-scale promotional campaigns (e.g., Double 11, 618) and IP collaborations to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, supply chain) and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
4 Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with global teams to align e-commerce strategies with brand objectives and ensure consistent messaging across markets.
Manage relationships with platform partners (e.g., Tmall, JD) and third-party service providers (TPs) to optimize operational efficiency.
5 Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor TP team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and drive business growth.
