Key Responsibilities:
61 Act as the strategic and operational lead on brand ‘s ecommerce business, working with ecommerce agencies to set up new stores and/ or manage existing stores
61 Oversee product and promotional campaigns, develop and optimize product detail pages, understand user journeys, and form analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive KPIs
61 Collaborate with various cross-functional departments to ensure assortments, product launches, promotional activity, advertising, and ecommerce catalog content lead to desired business results driving sales and conversion rates
61 Develop strong operational relationship with ecommerce platform/customer to gain support
61 Allocate ecommerce budget to maximise revenue generation and ROI
61 Manage tools, analyze dashboards and reports to monitor digital shelf performance, SEO metrics, advertising performance, pricing updates, content changes, and competitive landscape and share
61 Provide consistent and actionable performance analysis, reporting, and insights that feed back into the future strategies
61 Proactively monitor digital shelf to evaluate compliance, customer reviews, product ratings, and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
61 Manage online pricing strategies such as markdowns and promotions in collaboration with the team
61 Manage store operations including forecasts, inventory, merchandising, fulfilment
61 Develop ecommerce and performance marketing strategies, including live broadcasts and promotional plans in accordance with the seasonal calendar
61 Work with the marketing team to develop top of the funnel marketing strategy to drive traffic to our stores
61 Develop brand fans on platform and facilitate/support KOC with Brand Manager
61 Analyse ecommerce/ performance marketing activities: create reports to demonstrate effectiveness, ROI, and opportunities for growth
61 Analyse purchase customer behaviour: optimise path to conversion, minimise funnel drop off etc.
61 Identify new online sales channels where we can be competitive
61 Monitor competitor sales and marketing on ecommerce platforms
61 Develop strong understanding of category dynamics and drivers
61 Perform overall QA of all brand and product sites/pages
61 Stay up to date with industry trends, new ad formats, emerging technologies, and incorporate them into our paid media strategies
61 Work diligently on maximizing consumer reviews
61 Research and dissect ecommerce metrics, recommend strategies to correct, maintain, or improve the ecommerce business performance.
61 Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on site metrics, communicating user trends and recommend improvements based on benchmarks and goals
61 A minimum of 5 years of experience in related role
61 Experience running ecommerce and/ or marketing within the medical / beauty device environment
61 Established working relationships at the large ecommerce platforms and TP’s
61 Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability
61 In-depth functional knowledge of how to sell and market on Tmall, JD, Douyin and LRB
61 Understanding or experience of managing performance marketing/ ecommerce marketing programs including paid search, display, email, retargeting, and ability to develop related strategy
61 Project planning and management capabilities
61 Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small but growing team
61 Excellent analytical skills
61 Strong communication skills with cross-functional team
61 Hands-on experience required; experience in building a brand from scratch (0-1) is a plus.
61 Strong knowledge and an expert of digital marketing channels and platforms in China, including but not limited to Little Red Book, Baidu, WeChat, Weibo, Douyin (TikTok), JD and Alibaba platforms.
61 Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools commonly used in China, such as NINT, LRB Analytics, and Douyin's analytics platforms.
61 Experience in optimization of digital performance marketing based on data metrics.
61 Strategic and fast thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
61 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
