Key Responsibilities 主要职责 1. Act as a coordinator for all CPS projects currently allocated to suppliers: ensuring priority and proper manpower assignment. 2. Assist to CPS weekly meetings 3. Manage daily meeting to review priorities and resolve any open issue 4. Assist Suppliers in reviewing CPS specifications and drawings to accurately determine project scope and requirements. 5. Assist Suppliers with RFIs and NCRs if required and ensure that suppliers review root cause corrective actions. 6. Coordinate with procurement (buyers) in order to determine the real manufacturing progress on a weekly basis. 7. Maintain accurate documentation for projects: including purchase orders/ delivery dates, weekly progress reports, and any other documents as requested by Project team. 8. Manage with suppliers proper ‘’change orders’’ to their current manufacturing. 9. Assist CPS members and customer for their travelling to supplier. 10. At supplier location: Collaborate with Technical Field Advisor and CPS visitors assigned on projects to track project progress and address potential issues proactively. 11. Ensure compliance with tendering requirements, including Performance Bonds, insurance, and regulatory standards related to Air Filtration systems. 12. Work with suppliers to develop and execute plans to address technical, capacity issues related to project manufacturing. 13. Act as the Project lead for Supplier Development plan/program when initiated by any CPS divisions. 14. Know-How 知识 - 5+ years of experience manufacturing or project management - Bachelor degree in Engineering/manufacturing/operations or a combination of technical degrees/experience. Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered. - Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, etc) - Data analysis and reporting (Excel, Table) - Documentation and technical writing. - Risk management and financial management, Scheduling and planning, Quality management and change management - Collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams) - Risk management - 5 年以上制造或项目管理经验 - 工程、制造、运营或相关技术学位/经验的学士学位。相关学位并具备相关经验者亦可考虑。 - 熟练掌握项目管理软件(如 Microsoft Project 等) - 数据分析与报告(Excel、Table) - 文档编制和技术写作 - 风险管理与财务管理、进度安排与规划、质量管理与变更管理 - 协作工具(Microsoft Teams) - 风险管理
