Content Development and Localization: - Modify global promotional materials, brochures, and content for regional application while maintaining brand uniformity. - Generate region-specific content to enhance visibility and engagement in the local market, and ensure all materials comply with the standards set by global headquarters. Digital and Social Media Management: - Create and share content tailored to the regional audience to enhance online engagement. - Monitor performance metrics and report to the Manager, recommending adjustments to optimize results. Marketing Campaign & Event Execution: - Manage local campaign logistics, content customization, and stakeholder engagement. - Monitor campaign performance and report results to the Manager, providing recommendations for improvement. - Plan and manage regional participation in trade fairs, conferences, and exhibitions. Ensure events are executed according to the company’s global standards while addressing regional goals. - Represent the Business Unit at regional events and provide feedback to global teams. Business Intelligence Support: - Conduct market analysis by examining regional markets, sales dynamics, customer needs, and competitor trends. - Provide regular reports with actionable insights for business development strategic decisions. - Offer practical support for the development and implementation of key sales actions, market expansion, and marketing plans.
Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to both global and regional marketing activities. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. - Proficiency with graphics and video editing tools, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint. - Expertise in project management and executing marketing campaigns. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures and regions. - Proactive mindset focused on solutions and performance improvement. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
