Responsibilities 1. Process customer enquiry in regards of after sales machine tool spare part 2. Confirm leadtime and availability via SAP or with overseas factories; 3. Keep communication with factories about the parts delivery quality; 4. Prepare SAP quotations, administrate the customer order and transfer customer order into internal order; 5. Review consumption data and set up safety stock requirements; 6. Daily physical operate in office warehouse (40 sqm), including receiving, storing, commission, dispatching, internal milk run and cycle counting, SAP, etc 7. Collaborate with logistics in regards of import information; 8. Monitor leadtime and payment status and escalate to manager if needed; 9. Prepare weekly and monthly reports; 10. Develop spare parts sales plan; 11. Other jobs as assigned;
Requirements 1. Passionate do deliver the best service to our customer; 2. Intersted in mathematics, commerce, economic, administration; 3. Good communication, team work and presentation skills; 4. Knowledge in SAP preferred; 5. Familiar with office warehouse daily work like spare parts receiving, shipping, storage, movement 6. Above 3 years work related experience; 7. Good english listening and writing skill.
