1. Foster and increase a positive and adequate Compliance culture and awareness, strengthen the tone from the top, the Compliance responsibility and the speak-up culture. 2. Provide advice for TKE entities in the region as a trustful business partner to ensure Compliance with applicable laws and regulations focused on anti-trust, anti-corruption, Trade Control, Data Protection and Anti-money laundering law. 3. Preparation of Compliance Statements. 4. Identify Compliance risks and potential conflicts of interests across all parts of business, support of risk-assessments. 5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Compliance Program, adding regional Compliance know how, drive new approaches to the best in class and steer the according implementation in the local TKE entities. 6. Identify training needs, customize training materials and provide Compliance trainings and other adequate learning formats for different target groups in the region. 7. Serve as a bridge and communicator between the region and the TKE HQ, establishing close and trustful working relationships. 8. Support of group wide Compliance initiatives, tools, formats, communications etc. 9. Support of investigations (as far as compatible with role) and follow-up measures 10. Regular and ad-hoc reporting (see reporting lines). 11. Other assignments from direct superior. 职位要求: Above average degree in Law / or business administration with additional legal training. Minimum of 5 years Compliance experience with comparable level of responsibility in MNC or multinational law firm serving Manufacturing Customers (esp. consultancy and training). Excellent knowledge of Compliance framework and regional customs and experience in providing according business orientated advice (preferably in TKE relevant businesses). Proven ability to work in an international team and with all hierarchy levels of management. Fluent English & Chinese language skills. Proficient in MS Office WORD, EXCEL, Visio etc. Mature professional, assertive, balanced and curious personality with sound integrity, excellent communication skills and hands-on-approach. Experience and willingness to further foster the position of Compliance Officer in the Business Unit Asia Pacific in an intercultural environment. Self-starter, highly committed to Compliance (acting as integer, reliable and approachable role model). Able to work independently as well as in a team and under strong pressure, taking ownership and accountability. Strong analytical and strategical skills, Solution oriented working approach for business. Willingness to travel, also on short notice. Preferably additional qualification in core Compliance areas.
